Welcome To preserve in perpetuity the natural environment of the Korsman Bird Sanctuary for the benefit of the creatures and plants occurring there, and to enhance the surrounding area for the delight of future generations of humankind. Mission Vision To create an indigenous park environment for recreational and educational purposes focusing on children, walkers, riders, families, whilst restoring, protecting and enhancing the natural beauty of the Korsman Bird Sanctuary and surrounding area. Sunrise on 24th July 2010 National Abour Day 4 September Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality donated 40 large indigenous trees to Korsman Conservancy. A group of energetic people turned up to provide the labour to dig holes for the trees. The trees are doing well and we know that we are making a difference to Korsman.
